ARTIST STATEMENT

 I am a current student enrolled in Digital Painting & Expanded Animation as a fundamental base for my future career goal. After the education I received from OCAD University, I became more confident and able to achieve higher goals for my art practice in the future. The mediums I worked on most recently are acrylic, gouache and digital paintings; after practice, I have become more confident in demonstrating my work with these media. Since I have dreams every night, they inspire me throughout the working process. I was glad to take advantage of my experience and create artwork; the dreaming process is consistent as long as I remember what I dreamed. In high school, I spent my summer break creating an interactive fiction game in the fantasy category, which was recommended by the editor from www.66rpg.com. This individual creative art practice motivated me to continue developing characters and painting figures in my spare time because this is also an opportunity to seek my alter ego.
